Following is the answer as it was explained to me by my spirit guides:  This is completely dependent on the vibrational space one is in when they leave the physical body. Assuming they cross over, as most souls do, then the energetic frequency of an emotion such as spite, or anger (those that would be associated with holding a grudge) isn’t in resonance with the vibrational plane they are in and would be released. However, if one leaves the body but does not immediately cross over, staying instead in the earth plane, where such vibrations are possible to experience, then yes, one can still feel “human” emotions like anger and spite. Recently I’ve been considering this whole ‘art of manifesting’ thing. Specifically, why it seems to work so well sometimes and other times, well, not so much. I realize there are other factors at play, such as divine timing, and the free will of others involved. But I was just feeling like I needed some clarity, a very brief refresher course on manifesting. So I sat down with pen in hand and asked my guides on the ‘other side’ to weigh in.
