Soul Expression

I've received this question from several people and it's a good one! It's a two part question. First, do we always incarnate as humans, or do we ever experience being a part of the animal, mineral, or plant kingdoms? Second, do trees (or plants, or animals) have such a strong sense of individuality as we do?   The high heart chakra, or what a lot of people are calling the thymus chakra given it’s proximity to the thymus, is an energy center that has existed in your energetic body and is now being pulled in and activated in your physical body.   It is capable of producing in you an even greater and deeper experience of love. The activation of this chakra in the physical body is causing some to experience symptoms of chest congestion, difficulty breathing (as it affects the lungs), heart palpitations or fluttering, or a feeling of heaviness in the chest. Ok, so the following question is actually one of my own. It's something that's been driving me nuts lately. I'm aware that our earth plane vibrates within a particular range, let's say between 200-400 MHz for example, and that we can experience any given area within that spectrum. So I'm wondering, do we continue to raise our vibration with each incarnation, experiencing higher and higher ranges on the vibrational scale? Would experiencing a lifetime where your vibration is at the higher end, and then a following lifetime on the lower end be like a senior in high school going back to first grade--is that productive? How does this work?? I finally feel like I got the clarity I was looking for--and maybe it may shed some light on your curiosities as well.
